Our Story
At Curated Unique Experiences LLC, I am passionate about curating exceptional events and travel experiences that leave a lasting impact. This business was birthed out of a lack of connection. In my late 30's I found myself going through life feeling alone, overwhelmed after I had my second child and just going through a range of emotions as I approached 40. Life was coming at me FAST and I needed a community to help me navigate. I needed a respite, I needed to feel seen, heard and understood. I decided for my 40th birthday, in 2023, I would host an adult sleepover. I wanted to be transported back to simpler times when it was just me and my girls eating pizza, playing truth or dare, having girl talk. I had 20 women come to Davenport Florida to help me usher in this new Era in my life and the Girls Getaway was birthed! My focus is on crafting luxurious 'adult sleepovers' designed to foster connection, relaxation, and empowerment for women. I create safe and welcoming spaces where women can unwind, connect, and indulge in curated events that enrich their lives. Come by yourself, leave with a community and a sister from another mister.

The girls’ getaway retreat in Florida was everything I needed and more. From the moment we arrived, the warm atmosphere and intentional focus on rest set the tone for an unforgettable experience. I indulged in a rejuvenating massage that left me feeling completely relaxed and restored. The accommodations were cozy, with incredibly comfortable beds that made it easy to unwind each night. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious, fueling both our bodies and our conversations. The fellowship offered genuine laughter, deep conversations, and meaningful connections. As a wife and mom of two, I need more retreats like this to remind me of the importance of self care, womanhood, and detoxing from a busy life.

The girls getaway was the therapy I didn’t know I needed. It was an amazing experience to come together to form a community with women from all walks of life. The conversations I had changed my perspective on how to view life’s ups and downs. Many of us related to one another through the shared experience of womanhood, so it was therapeutic to be encouraged and also encourage others. As a woman who’s learning what self-care means and how to pour into my own cup, I left this getaway with my cup overflowing. I was also able to release my stress through a massage and have honestly felt lighter ever since. We wrote love letters to ourselves and I made a note that moving forward, my goal is to do more of what brings me joy and I’m adding this to my list. Such refreshing experience for the mind, body, spirit AND soul!! All I can say is, I’m just happy I was there!

So for me it was the overwhelmingly attention to details that blew me away. Alongside of having a professional massages she had stacks of shower bombs that smelled amazing. I used the eucalyptus and lavender, the eye masks, foot masks all things covered. The embroidered gifts nice silk robes, bags, pens, notepads and an adult sippy cup. The attention to detail listen who has a sick kit that covered all things and a hangover packet...baby staycation for real no need to leave the house...for once I left a vacation relaxed and not wanting to return home!! The dinner decor...fabulous down to the lightening, tablecloths, flowers, and vases. When you just want to show up and vacation this is the team for you!! Trust the process you won't regret it!
